About the Role

At Tooth Club Bury, we are passionate about delivering a premium patient experience in a friendly, modern, and rewarding environment. We are currently seeking to recruit professional and personable patient care coordinator to join our Bury St Edmunds team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with one weekday off.

As a patient care coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our dental practice, ensuring every patient feels supported and valued from their first contact with us.

Key duties will include;

Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and patient enquiries
Manage front desk duties and administrative tasks efficiently
Coordinate daily schedules and communications with clinical staff
Uphold the high standards of the Tooth Club brand

About the Candidate

If you have excellent person-centred planning experience and strong local knowledge for accessing key support, then we would love to hear from you.

The ideal applicant will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

Experience in a dental or healthcare reception role (preferred)
Sales experience is a plus
Outgoing, well-presented, and confident communicator
Strong phone manner and organisational skills
Patient-focused with excellent people skills
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
