You will oversee dispensary operations, stock control, procurement and reimbursement processes, ensuring income is maximised and waste minimised. Working closely with the Business Manager and GP Partners, you will drive performance across prescribing and dispensing, including delivery of schemes such as PQS and optimisation of prescribing spend.

The postholder will take a lead role in identifying income opportunities, improving processes, strengthening financial controls and using data to drive better business outcomes, while maintaining full compliance with medicines governance and CQC standards.
