Salaried GP / GP Partner

As a GP, your workload will be organised to enable you to focus on providing excellent patient care. We believe we have developed a robust appointment system that allows us to manage ‘on the day’ demand effectively, whilst also providing opportunities to provide care to our patients with long-term conditions. We can also offer the support of a large, experienced and welcoming group of staff who will provide assistance with a range of clinical administrative tasks.

• Salary £12,000 to £13,000 per session (depending on initial experience)

• Two GP Partners, 4 Salaried GP’s, 5 Nurse Practitioners, 4 Practice Nurses, 5 HCA’s, Paramedic, in-house Phlebotomist  a long with a large loyal, supportive and welcoming reception and administration team
• GP training Practice
• The Grove is the locality base for local Endoscopy Service, Minor Surgery, Mental Health teams, School Nurses and Health Visitors.
• Active member of PCN
• Locality Covid Vaccination Centre
• High QOF Achievers, CQC “Good”

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
  
• Be on the NHSE medical performers list
  

• Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management and primary prevention & screening services
• Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date
• Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies/guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety
• Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills in a confidential manner
