Salaried GP

Framfield House Surgery is seeking to recruit a new salaried GP to join our friendly supportive flexible forward thinking semi-rural dispensing practice. We are a 5 partner PMS practice with a list size of over 14,000 patients consistently achieving high QOF achievement

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
  

• Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
• Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
• Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
• Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
