GP Primary Choice are looking to recruit an organised administrator to join our team at our Turner Road surgery in Colchester. This position is offered on a part-time basis, for 22 hours (negotiable), per week working the following;
Monday and Tuesday: 7.15am - 3pm
Friday: 8am - 3pm
This key role will provide administrative and clerical support duties to the phlebotomists to ensure the effective running of the clinic.
The main responsibilities will include;
- Receive and greet patients who are attending the clinic for a blood tests.
- Manage the electronic booking system, checking patients in on arrival.
- Schedule appointments.
- Print the required blood forms.
- Liaise closely with members of the team ensuring effective communication.
- Manage emails.
- Data entry and the storage of data.
