About the Role
Chapel Street Surgery in Billericay has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join our busy, well established practice support team and assist in the smooth delivery of excellent patient care. You will need to be flexible to work various morning and afternoons and cover holiday and sickness when required. 
 
The role will include a variety of administrative duties including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team. You will be dealing with emails and enquiries and will need to confidently respond, ensuring practice procedure is followed.

 

About the Candidate

We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

  • An experienced administrator, with excellent IT skills. 
  • Organised and efficient.
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
