Creffield Medical Group PCN is looking to recruit an enhanced practice nurse within the ARRS roles, to join our multi-disciplinary team, to help us to transform and modernise pathways of care, enabling the safe and effective sharing of skills across traditional professional boundaries. This role will predominately focus on minor illness for the surgery.
This is a full time position working across 5 days, predominantly based at Turner Road Surgery but the candidate may be asked to work in the wider PCN group across Creffield, Nayland and West Bergolt surgeries.

- Practice autonomously as an enhanced practice nurse within the designated speciality area to provide patient-centred clinical care. This will encompass the skills of advanced clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment within an agreed scope of practice throughout the directorate.
- Support new ways of working that emphasises a more efficient and patient-focused service, and will ensure the safe treatment, referral and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations in their area.
- Responsibility for leading the on-going development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including the development of policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.
