What is special about us?
Patients are central to everything we do and we believe in the value of personal continuity of care. This is reflected in excellent patient feedback, a very generous supply of biscuits and chocolates for coffee breaks, and we have an award-winning PPG who provide an active and supportive interface between patients and the Practice. A recent quote from an experienced GP who has worked in several different Practices “I can honestly say that I have never worked in a surgery where there is such a sense of family. The way you support and care for one another is second to none”
Additional activities for patients:
We hold a monthly Sunday film and tea club- to combat loneliness.
Saxmundham slimmers club- group support for weight loss via education in low carb and time restricted eating with significant success. Star patients have lost seven stone and kept the weight off for years.
SPIN- Saxmundham patient information network- an innovative project facilitating patients to support other patients by sharing their lived experience.
