Swanwood Partnership are on the lookout for a capable and confident practice nurse to join our primary care team. This position is offered on a part-time basis, working between 24–28 hours per week.
We need someone who’s ready to hit the ground running, so you must be experienced in the full scope of general practice nursing duties.
You will be expected to provide a wide range of practice nurse services with confidence and autonomy, including but not limited to:
- Chronic disease management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, etc.)
- Cervical cytology
- Childhood and adult immunisations
- Travel health advice and vaccinations
- Contraceptive advice and support
- NHS Health Checks
- Infection control
- Health promotion
- Support for QOF and enhanced services
