We are fully committed to supporting our staff to develop in their careers and as such, we maintain a close partnership with the Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes Training Hub. Our aim is to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to our staff, fostering their growth within the NHS Primary Care community. Through this collaboration, we offer a diverse range of accessible training and development options, including:
- Individualized coaching sessions
- Health and well-being benefits, including funded access to the ShinyMind app, which offers daily support for well-being and resilience
- We are a training practice which means that we will be able to support GP trainees in the future and would support applicants interested in GP education to become a GP trainer.
- Support from the Training Hub GP Workforce Leads
- Newly qualified GPs (within one year of CCT completion) will be supported to join the Training Hub’s comprehensive two-year New to Practice Fellowship Programme, offering CPD activities, peer support networks, and deeper understanding of general practice and primary care
We also actively encourage portfolio working and would be more than happy to discuss any areas of special interest you may have.
We are active in IT and technical projects, and our managing partner is on the Digital Transformation course. We support gynae/women’s/sexual health including implant fitting and host the hospital outreach gynae service.
We welcome you to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients. If you would like more information or just an initial discussion, please don’t hesitate to contact Richie Short (Business Manager) at: [email protected] or on +44 (0) 1234 762500.
