Pharmacist

New opportunities have arisen at London Road Surgery for two qualified clinical pharmacists to join our busy practice in Wickford. These are new roles and sit outside of the ARRS. The positions will be offered on a full or part-time basis as we need to achieve 1.28 WTE.  

Working alongside our experienced clinicians, the main responsibilities of the role include:

To be considered for this position, you have the following skills and qualifications:

• Qualified pharmacist, current registration with General Pharmaceutical Council
• Confident in use of electronic records and systems; databases and spreadsheets
• NMP – not essential
• Diploma in clinical pharmacy or pharmacy practice
• Evidence of consistent pattern of learning from education, training and experience
• Ability to demonstrate general pharmaceutical skills and knowledge in core areas
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Understand the need for patient confidentiality
