About the Role

Laindon Medical Group are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive primary care team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities will include;

Provide autonomous clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
Manage a range of acute and long-term conditions
Prescribe medications (if qualified as an independent prescriber)
Triage and manage same-day appointments
Undertake home visits where required
Support clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement
Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals

About the Candidate

All applicants should have the following qualifications, registrations, skills and experience:

Registered Nurse, NMC registration with an active PIN
Professional registration with relevant professional body
Post-graduate qualification in specific speciality, or equivalent experience
Independent prescriber qualification
Demonstrable primary care experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience delivering long-term condition care and immunisation services
Confident in supporting others’ learning and change implementation
