About the Role

Laindon Medical Group are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive primary care team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.
 
Key responsibilities will include;
  • Provide autonomous clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
  • Manage a range of acute and long-term conditions
  • Prescribe medications (if qualified as an independent prescriber)
  • Triage and manage same-day appointments
  • Undertake home visits where required
  • Support clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals

About the Candidate

All applicants should have the following qualifications, registrations, skills and experience:
 
  • Registered Nurse, NMC registration with an active PIN
  • Professional registration with relevant professional body
    Post-graduate qualification in specific speciality, or equivalent experience
  • Independent prescriber qualification
  • Demonstrable primary care experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience delivering long-term condition care and immunisation services
  • Confident in supporting others’ learning and change implementation
