About the Role

Great Bentley Surgery is looking to recruit a part-time healthcare assistant to join our friendly team, working approximately 26 hours per week. This post will require the following shifts to be covered:

Wednesday: all day
Thursday: afternoon
Friday: all day
Saturday: half day

The duties will include:

taking ECGs
dressings
injections
NHS health checks
diabetic checks
blood taking

About the Candidate

Previous experience of working in primary care and knowledge of EMIS web would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.

Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential, as well as the flexibility to help with cover for annual leave and sickness.
