The Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag (RADF) Link Worker is responsible for ensuring that the General Practice identifies, records, verifies, updates, and shares Reasonable Adjustments for patients in accordance with the Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag Information Standard mandated by NHS England. Adjustments for patients in accordance with the Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag Information Standard mandated by NHS England. Providers must be fully compliant by 30 September 2026.
The RADF Link Worker plays a key role in supporting equitable access to healthcare for disabled people by ensuring reasonable adjustment needs are visible, accurate, and consistently shared across the NHS. The RADF is a national digital record on the NHS Spine that enables staff to view, record, and share necessary adjustments wherever a patient is treated.
Duties Include:
