PCN GP

West Suffolk Rural PCN are currently looking to welcome a GP under the ARRS scheme to work alongside their team based at Guildhall Surgery in Clare, Suffolk. This position is part-time, for 6 sessions a week. The practice has a long and successful history of balancing the needs of the practice population along with the wellbeing of the staff, and we recognise the importance of both.

• Regular peer support through meetings to discuss complex cases or concerns.
• Opportunity for a chat and catch up over coffee daily.
• Training practice – we teach trainees as well as medical students from UEA and University of Cambridge medical schools
• PCN ARRS team: social prescriber, first contact physiotherapist, clinical pharmacist, care co-ordinators and health & wellbeing coaches.
• Good relationship with our community teams with a virtual MDT once a month with community providers, social care, mental health and voluntary organisations
• Training and personal development encouraged and supported

West Rural Suffolk Primary Care Network based in West Suffolk, is comprised of Wickhambrook Surgery and Guildhall Clare Surgery. We are a small rural Primary Care Network with a combined patient population of around 10,600 patients. All practices use SystmOne clinical system.
