We are a large training practice serving a patient population of 13,200. We are located in Brentwood town-centre with easy access from the M25 and A12.
We operate a TPP/SystmOne clinical system and have a history of high QOF achievement and a CQC rating of Good across all domains.
As an enthusiastic training practice, we have 2-3 GP registrars who are part of our team and we are actively involved in teaching medical students over the course of the year.
We are supported by a full complement of Practice Nurses and HCAs, who provide excellent nursing care and chronic disease management for our patients, plus a paramedic and an advanced nurse practitioner who deal with our on the day demand, also a Physician’s Assistant and two in house Clinical Pharmacists.
We also benefit from a full team of additional practitioners who provide appointments for our patients including a young person’s Mental Health Practitioner, adult Mental Health Practitioners and a Physiotherapist.
Home visits are allocated to our local Home Visiting Service who visit patients on our behalf.
We offer predominantly a mixture of face-to-face and telephone appointments every day plus pre bookable appointments.
We are supported by a capable admin team who implement streamlined workflow processes to minimise the amount of clinician admin.
We value the hard work provided by all members of our team and aim to provide a supportive environment for anyone looking to join us. We have a low turnover of doctors and are always keen to learn and implement new ideas for the benefit of our practice.
