About the Role

Lincoln House Surgery is looking to welcome a Salaried GP to our established and supportive team on a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027. There is flexibility of 2, 4 or 6 sessions. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

Key information:

In surgery sessions at either of our 2 branches located in Hemel Hempstead, supported by an efficient triage system
No on-call sessions
Realistic and sustainable workload expectations
Strong day-to-day support from experienced GP colleagues and the wider team
Opportunities to shape how we deliver care as the practice continues to evolve

Providing high-quality, patient-centred primary care
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement
Engaging in ongoing professional development

About the Candidate

All applicants should have the following qualifications:

Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
On the NHSE Medical Performers List
Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
