About the Role

Longfield Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking practice in the heart of the beautiful market town of Maldon, Essex.

We are happy to consider a range of working patterns and welcome applications from GPs seeking full-time or part-time roles. Working days and sessions are negotiable, and we will endeavour to accommodate individual preferences wherever possible. However, the final working pattern will be agreed to ensure it meets both the needs of the successful candidate and the operational requirements of the practice.

You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care through a mixture of face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, working alongside our experienced multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, values teamwork and wants to contribute to the continued success of a thriving practice.

About the Candidate

You will:

  • Be GMC registered with a licence to practise
  • Be included on the NHS England GP Performers List
  • Have excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced GP looking for your next opportunity, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We warmly welcome informal visits and conversations to help you find out more about our practice and meet the team.
