As a research-ready practice, working alongside the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), we actively contribute to research that helps shape the future of primary care. We encourage our team members to engage in quality improvement, innovation and service development initiatives.
Our practice is continually growing, both in team size and patient population. We currently operate from two sites in Wootton and Shortstown, both of which offer free on-site staff parking.
We have recently transformed our model of long-term condition management, placing patients at the centre of everything we do. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures patients receive proactive, coordinated and personalised care. We operate a well-established total triage model, allowing patients to access the right care at the right time while supporting clinicians to work efficiently and effectively.
