GP

The successful candidate will undertake the usual range of GP responsibilities, including:

• Face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Management of acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribing and medication reviews
• Referrals and associated clinical correspondence
• Home visits where appropriate
• Participation in the wider clinical responsibilities of the practice
• Working collaboratively with our nursing, dispensary, administrative and PCN teams

We operate across three sites:

• Alderton Health Centre, Mill Hoo, Alderton, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 3DA
• Orford Surgery, Rectory Road, Orford
• Aldeburgh Surgery, Victoria Road, Aldeburgh 

We are a mixed dispensing and non-dispensing practice, with dispensaries operating from two of our sites.

Our established clinical team currently includes 2 GP Partners and 5 Salaried GPs, supported by a highly skilled and experienced nursing team and wider multidisciplinary workforce. 

We pride ourselves on providing support and a 'can do' approach within our practice team, encouraging everyone to be a leader, and in turn to be able to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our rural population. We work closely and collaboratively with our PCN and wider community services,
