About the Role

Beccles Medical Centre is looking for a salaried GP to join our team for up to 30 hours per week. The post is being offered as an initial one-year fixed term, with a review at the one-year point.

As a salaried GP at Beccles Medical Centre, you will be responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services, as part of the practice, ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of our patient population. You will work closely with the practice's multi-disciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff, to provide a high quality and accessible service to patients.

What do we need from you? A "can-do" attitude; the embracing and involvement of new ideas; a natural respect for all our staff; a team approach; a driven belief that we, within general practice, are the bedrock of the future of the health provision; promotion for our community within the new integrated care systems; we are extremely passionate about education and training, and would want you to feel the same.

What do you get from us? Encouragement, support, flexibility, a business that listens, a business that wants you to succeed and develop; we are a well-established training practice for GPs, pharmacists, nurses and advanced clinical practitioners; we are part of a fully supportive & collaborative primary care network.

We are prepared to wait for the candidate that is quietly looking at their next steps and perhaps isn't ready for an immediate change, but an imminent change. So, if you want to check out what could be on the horizon then come and have a look around, an informal chat and who knows, if its a Tuesday you might even get a locally made sausage roll for your troubles.
