About the Role

Are you an experienced Allied Health Professional (AHP) working in primary care and looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has become available within the mid and south Essex Primary Care Training Hub to champion the AHP workforce across mid and south Essex.

This is a part time role (up to 0.5 WTE - flexible) and is a fixed term position for 12 months initially. We are very happy to consider applicants on a secondment basis and will also consider flexible working, condensed hours, and term time arrangements.  This role will require movement around mid and south Essex geography and as such the base will be flexible.

An exciting opportunity to support the development of the ARRS workforce, the AHP Ambassador will act as a leader and mentor, developing peer support networks and empowering the workforce.  Identifying development opportunities and supporting ARRS roles to  recognise and understand their career options.

About the Candidate
The successful applicant will be a qualified AHP professional with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience with a keen interest in developing the ARRS roles within primary care. You’ll have a good knowledge and understanding of the current ARRS agenda, including the importance of these roles within the long-term strategy If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity and are passionate about making a difference, we would like to hear from you.
