Caradoc Surgery in Frinton on Sea is looking for a receptionist/administrator to join their busy reception team. This position is offered on a part-time basis for 25 hours per week, working the following shifts:
Monday 07:45 – 13:15
Tuesday 07:45 – 18:45 (1hr lunch)
Friday 07:45 – 18:45 (1hr lunch)
In this role you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.
Duties can include;
- Greeting and directing patients.
- Patient registration.
- Booking appointments.
- Processing of information (electronic and hard copy).
- Assisting patients as required which may include distributing information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team.
- Liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
