GP Primary Choice Ltd is looking to welcome a permanent HR generalist to expand our team, on a part-time basis for 22.5 hours per week, working across 3 days. Reporting to the chief operating officer, this is a generalist role which will provide a dedicated HR service to all employees and managers. We are looking for an individual who can deliver guidance and support in a professional and helpful way. You will act as first line assistance to all colleagues, providing advice and supporting managers on a range of employment issues, including conditions of service and employee benefits, discipline, grievance, performance management and absence management.
Main responsibilities will include;
- Recruitment including assisting with job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Addressing employee concerns, managing performance issues, and handling disciplinary matters, grievances, absences and dispute resolution.
- Planning and implementing training programs for employees.
- Organising annual employee reviews/appraisals and probationary sign off.
- Contributing to the creation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Tracking HR data and using it to inform decisions.
- Implementing initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
