Practice Nurse

The Writtle Surgery in Chelmsford are looking for a dedicated and compassionate practice nurse to join our team and help delivery high-quality care to our local community.

As a practice nurse you will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and patient-centred case.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Proving clinical care, including health checks and patient assessments
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations
• Performing wound care, dressings, and assisting with minor procedures as required
• Supporting chronic disease management and patient education
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NHS protocols
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

• A registered nurse with a current NMC
• Interest in professional development
• Clinically confident with a compassionate and professional approach
