Practice Manager

Rothschild House Group are looking to welcome a Practice Manager to work alongside our two Managing Partners and wider management team for the strategic leadership, operational management and ongoing development of the practice. This position is offered on a full-time basis. 

The successful applicant will ensure the delivery of safe, effective and patient centred services, whilst maintaining financial sustainability, strong governance and full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic and operational leadership across all five surgeries
• Leading, managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary workforce
• Overseeing financial management, budgeting and contractual performance, including PCN activity
• Ensuring robust governance, risk management and CQC compliance
• Driving continuous service improvement, innovation and digital transformation
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, open and values led organisational culture

• Significant leadership experience within general practice or primary care
• Strong people management and organisational skills, with up to date knowledge of employment law and its practical application
• Proven financial acumen and contractual expertise
• A collaborative, resilient and forward thinking leadership approach
