Clinical Coder

We are seeking experienced clinical coders to join our team here at Angel Hill Surgery, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation. This position is pivotal in translating complex medical information from letters into coded data that supports high-quality patient care, clinical research, and effective healthcare management.

As a clinical coder, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of coding and classifying medical diagnoses and procedures according to established coding systems. Your meticulous work will be essential in maintaining the accuracy of health records, supporting healthcare analytics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery through precise data management and coding excellence.

• Previous clinical coding experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a detailed and accurate manner.
• As part of our health and safety policy, all staff are required to be immunised against hepatitis B, rubella, diptheria tetanus and polio.
